ADJUDICATION SUPPORT
We have considerable experience in the adjudication process and our director is a Registered Adjudicator in both Western Australia and the Northern Territory and has been nominated as the Adjudicator in excess of twenty five payment dispute matters. The adjudication process can be complex, so if you have a payment dispute, we are able to provide adjudication advice and assist you with the preparation of the necessary submissions to commence the adjudication process.
PREPARATION OF APPLICATIONS FOR ADJUDICATION
We are regularly engaged to prepare Applications for Adjudication under the Construction Contracts Act 2004 (WA) and can provide specialist advice in how best to draft the submissions to ensure that your payment dispute does not fail due to a technicality.
If you have recently been served with an Application for Adjudication, it is crucial that you lodge and serve your ‘Response’ to the Application for Adjudication within the required timeframes as prescribed by the Act.
